Changelog v0.36
Hunters
Razorside
π When it comes to Razorside's Mod choice, we wanted to leave two distinct variants with different gameplay styles. Another deciding factor was ease of use, as Razorside is the starter Hunter for every player, so we left one beginner-friendly option and another one that's harder to master.
Assault Rifle
π Shredder: Focused on rewarding good aiming.
π Fracture: Easy-to-use Mod. Similar to Shredder but players just need to hit the target.
Beamer
- Mod removed from loadout.
Fracture

- Base damage: 140 β 110.
- Clip capacity: 24 β 36.
- Quick reload: disabled β enabled.
- Base damage: 140 β 110.
- Updated Mod Effect 2:
- BEFORE: Increases magazine size by 3/6/6/9 bullets.
- AFTER: If all 3 shots from the same burst hit the target, there is a 25/30/35/40% chance to reduce shield recharge cooldown by 2 sec.
- Updated Mod Effect 3:
- BEFORE: If all 3 shots from the same burst hit the target, reduces scatter by 4/6% for 5 sec (stacks up to 20/30%).
- AFTER: Successful quick reload provides 15/30% bonus ability power for 10 sec.
Shield Recharge
π Powersurge: Focused on improving survivability and beginner friendly.
π Rampart: Focused on the overshield; promotes a more aggressive playstyle and is usually activated before the battle for extra protection. It can also be used by new players but mastering when to activate the overshield really gives a big advantage during battles.

- BEFORE: Creates an overshield if the ability would result in more than 1% shield points. When upgraded, the overshield provides healing and reduces ability cooldown when triggered.
- AFTER: Mod for improved shield replenishment. When upgraded, it can be triggered with a full shield, providing an overshield that grants healing and reduces ability cooldown.
Frag Grenade
π Fragger: Focused on grenades that are easy to hit, but don't deal much damage.

Ursus
π Decision-making on cutting the Ursus' Mod was a bit different. In terms of weapon Mods, Wrangler was the simplest of the three and not that deep gameplay-wise. Although the Bombardier Mod was powerful, the balance between the three soon tipped and the Mod itself turned out to be hard to manage and balance correctly. So, we have left two more predictable and manageable options. As for the Glacial Armor, Freejack did not fit into Ursus' tanky archetype, as it made her more mobile and granted hard-to-balance bonuses.
Although we acknowledge that you favored and used some of the scrapped Mods, we are not saying goodbye to the effects they providedβ"reduce, reuse, repurpose" is our motto here, and some of them might be seen in the future.
Auto Shotgun
π Persuasion: A more versatile Mod with better accuracy that rewards controlled, accurate shots with the potential to burst enemies down at close ranges.
π Burst Glance: Devastating at close ranges with a faster reload. Rewards connecting second shots.
π Burst Glance/Persuasion: Due to partial reload, a new bullet can be shot right after it is loaded into the gun. This results in continuous shooting, undermining the purpose of clip capacity. Higher reload duration compared to delay to burst values ensure that if continuous shooting is used, the effective Damage Per Second (DPS) is reduced by 40% for either Mod. This incentivizes players to reload whenever they get the chance, as DPS per full clip is significantly higher than continuous shooting. Reduced delay to burst values result in more burst damage potential. Increased reload duration means DPS is kept in check over longer periods of encounters.
